Pack your PC and all original accessories in the original Build Redux protective packaging and double-box the system to prevent transit damage.
Ship to Technicians
Affix your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location; our technicians will track the shipment to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our team performs a hardware diagnostic to verify the system's condition, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
