Each PC is hand-built and rigorously tested by our expert technicians. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days, followed by standard transit time based on your location.
What kind of warranty comes with my Build Redux system?
Every Build Redux system comes with a comprehensive 2-year parts and labor warranty. We stand behind our craftsmanship and ensure your hardware is protected against defects.
Can I upgrade my PC in the future without voiding the warranty?
Yes! We use industry-standard components to ensure your system is fully upgradeable. While we don't cover third-party parts you install, opening your case to add storage or memory does not void your Build Redux warranty.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all systems. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs.
Do you offer financing options?
We sure do! We partner with Affirm to provide flexible monthly payment plans, allowing you to get your gaming rig now and pay over time.
Are the PCs pre-installed with bloatware?
Absolutely not. We provide a clean installation of Windows on every machine, including only the necessary drivers and software to control your RGB lighting or performance settings.
